Description

  • Own the acquisition and closing of new business within assigned geographic territories.
  • Prospect aggressively and build new pipeline through phone, email, tradeshows, events, and conferences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers, both in person and virtually.
  • Draft proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with Tenna’s procedures.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals using tailored outreach and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and supporting teams to align territory strategy and pipeline.
  • Develop and execute outreach micro-strategies and manage prospect touchpoint cadence.
  • Use CRM software to create outbound email communications and analyze results.
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly business plans and forecasts.
  • Travel regularly to meet prospects onsite and advance the sales process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • 7+ years of experience facilitating all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
  • 7+ years of experience conducting targeted searches and queries to research, qualify, and convert sales leads.
  • Experience selling to and presenting to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
  • Strong experience in quota-carrying roles delivering consistent revenue growth against quarterly plans and forecasts.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within Minnesota and Iowa.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or another business-related major is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations via WebEx, Zoom, or similar tools is strongly preferred.
