Description

  • Activate and implement new logo accounts and get them up and running on the platform.
  • Identify activation and expansion opportunities within the customer base.
  • Own the success of a broad book of business and make key decisions to drive customer outcomes.
  • Create and grow relationships with customer champions.
  • Drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota attainment.
  • Partner with product marketing to deliver messaging and content to Temporal Cloud customers.
  • Design and execute programs to identify, design, and productionize new use cases with customers.
  • Identify ICP accounts and pursue the right opportunities to drive ARR growth.
  • Work closely with the Start Up Program team and Self Sign Up team to support the right new logo prospects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales/Business Development.
  • Experience advocating on behalf of customers.
  • A strong aptitude and curiosity for technical concepts; the company will teach Temporal and database specifics.
  • Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and take full ownership of a customer portfolio.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build new processes and practices in a new role.
  • Team-player mindset with a passion for collaboration.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, or CommonRoom.
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
  • Role is focused on EMEA and based in Paris, France.
  • Occasional travel may be required for company events, team offsites, and other in-person moments.
