Description

  • Conduct market research, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Arrange presentation meetings with clients and present networking solutions.
  • Prepare commercial offers and support contract completion to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and visits.
  • Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products.
  • Use the company CRM system to record accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices.
  • Work toward assigned sales goals while managing multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong cold calling skills, pipeline generation ability, and proactive client search experience.
  • Experience delivering business presentations and leading client meetings.
  • Previous experience working under KPIs and deadlines while handling multiple projects.
  • Experience in telecommunications, IoT, or hardware sales is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a commercial or business-related field.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above, including speaking, writing, and comprehension.
  • A consultative sales approach focused on understanding client needs and pain points.
  • Existing connections in a relevant industry are a plus.
