Description

  • Exceed monthly revenue quota and drive territory growth.
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with new and existing customers to uncover needs and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate the sales process with marketing and the Sales Solutions Engineer for demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director and/or Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in HubSpot CRM.
  • Partner with Marketing and other teams to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Represent EnsoData at trade shows and conduct onsite demonstrations as needed.
  • Focus on selling EnsoHST to sleep-related customers and referring physicians.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sleep medicine, specifically home sleep testing sales; PPG experience preferred.
  • Healthcare software, Software as a Medical Device, or SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Clinical aptitude, business acumen, and a strong work ethic.
  • Hunter mindset with creative thinking.
  • 5+ years of account executive experience preferred.
  • Experience closing business in a health system required; enterprise health system sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with a dynamic team.
  • Experience working with remote and hybrid teams.
  • Previous startup, tech, software engineering, or similar company experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must live in the territory area; candidates outside the territory will not be considered.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Base salary of $90,000 with on-target earnings of $220,000.
