Description

  • Drive adoption of Prospera and Renasight across transplant centers and academic medical institutions in the assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales goals through strategic territory management and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute data-driven business plans tailored to multi-state market dynamics and institutional protocols.
  • Analyze account workflows, billing hurdles, and clinical barriers to deliver solution-oriented presentations to decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted scientific partner by educating stakeholders on the clinical utility, data, and health economics of the products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, transplant surgeons, nephrologists, coordinators, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal clinical teams, medical science liaisons, and managed care to support onboarding and client experience.
  • Represent the company in the field, staying current on advances in genetic testing, laboratory diagnostics, and the transplant landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive, high-performance sales experience.
  • Experience in transplant diagnostics, transplant therapeutics (specialty pharma), or advanced laboratory-developed tests (LDTs).
  • Proven critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex clinical and logistical sales challenges.
  • Demonstrated strategic agility to manage a diverse, multi-state geography with varying institutional protocols.
  • Existing, verifiable relationships with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, or coordinators in GA, MS, AL, AR, TN, or LA is highly preferred.
  • Experience successfully launching novel clinical products and building brand loyalty in a competitive market.
  • Comfort working in a field-based, remote role with travel 3–4 days per week.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekend travel.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
