Description

  • Troubleshoot complex customer issues involving networking, APIs, voice, messaging, IoT, and AI products.
  • Investigate problems using Postman, cURL, Wireshark, Linux tools, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve support cases.
  • Build bots and automate workflows to improve the support experience.
  • Document solutions and enhance self-service support resources.
  • Learn and support VoIP protocols, internal systems, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze logs and debug customer integrations alongside engineering teams.
  • Work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time (UTC+1).

Requirements

  • Background in computer science, IT, networking, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of DNS, routing, IP addressing, HTTP, and HTTPS.
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, Postman, or cURL.
  • Proficiency with the Linux terminal, including filesystem navigation, log analysis, and command execution.
  • Strong investigative problem-solving skills and persistence in resolving technical issues.
  • Highly proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages (preferred).
  • Understanding of AI concepts including RAG, MCPs, embeddings, and prompt engineering (preferred).
  • Experience with n8n, Zapier, Git, GitHub, or similar tools (preferred).
