Description

  • Resolve customer technical issues in collaboration with the global Support team while meeting published SLAs.
  • Act as a Technical Account Manager for technically skilled customers, including engineers, product managers, and IT personnel.
  • Implement and integrate OPSWAT OESIS Framework products for customers.
  • Conduct customer reviews, manage issue-tracking workflows, and support customers worldwide with a primary focus on US time zones.
  • Coordinate escalations, patches, and upgrades among Support, R&D, Product Management, Sales, and other global teams.
  • Improve internal issue-management and operational processes.
  • Provide technical guidance, best-practice advice, knowledge-transfer sessions, and professional training.
  • Develop product expertise, identify opportunities to improve customer environments, and support technical demonstrations and product evaluations.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to product-development initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, training, or certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Professional Services, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical background with experience implementing systems and troubleshooting IT environments.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Windows Server; basic knowledge of Linux and macOS, networking, and OS or application patching.
  • Foundational cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot software and IT issues, and improve operational processes.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience using virtual machines to test Windows, macOS, and Linux clients.
  • Experience leading onsite workshops or delivering professional training is preferred.
  • Preferred experience includes global teams, cybersecurity products, patch management, NAC, application or device security, scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python, CDN management, and mapping CVEs to patches or product updates.
