Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
  • Build strong client partnerships through responsive communication, proactive check-ins, and goal alignment.
  • Lead client onboarding and present campaign reviews that translate results into business insights.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce while resolving issues as they arise.
  • Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to refine processes and solve problems.
  • Anticipate client needs and manage account health by addressing risks before they escalate.
  • Serve as the connector between clients and internal teams to keep objectives, priorities, and deliverables aligned.

Requirements

  • Experience or familiarity with client success, account management, project management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills across email, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data management, reporting, and accuracy checks.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, with attention to keeping records accurate and current.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of organization and client care.
  • Interest in learning B2B demand generation campaigns and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and suggest improvements.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting priorities as needed.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer-approved U.S. state; visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.
