Description

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and proactively align on goals, performance, and next steps.
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships by responding quickly to requests and anticipating needs.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and resolving issues.
  • Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to provide actionable recommendations that improve outcomes.
  • Lead client onboarding and deliver Campaign Reviews that translate results into business insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to refine processes and solve problems.
  • Own account health by identifying risks early and ensuring programs meet expectations.
  • Serve as the primary connector between clients and internal teams to align priorities and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills across email, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data management, reporting, and accuracy checks.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, with careful attention to system accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and connect insights to client goals.
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality and completeness.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend improvements.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting priorities as needed.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer-approved US state and maintain authorization throughout employment; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.
