Description

  • Empower developers by creating code and content that help them build solutions with MongoDB technologies, including Atlas.
  • Deliver interactive live workshops for audiences of roughly 40 to 400 developers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, community leaders, industry influencers, and partners across India and APAC.
  • Support MongoDB user groups, champion programs, and influencer networks in collaboration with other Developer Relations teams.
  • Partner with marketing teams to refine messaging and create developer-focused resources.
  • Share technical knowledge through labs, workshops, hackathons, webinars, events, and other hands-on enablement activities.
  • Engage developers through community programs and initiatives that strengthen long-term participation and adoption.
  • Report on the business impact of developer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Developer Advocate, Solutions Architect, Software Engineer, Developer Relations, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience consulting with development teams.
  • Proficiency in database technologies and programming languages.
  • Experience creating and leading developer-focused labs, workshops, hackathons, or similar hands-on activities.
  • Strong public speaking skills with experience delivering live workshops, webinars, or events.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for developers at different skill levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to support long-term developer engagement and measure business impact.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Experience with live-streaming is a bonus.
  • Remote work available in the India region.
