Description

  • Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Identify and win new enterprise opportunities across youth sports, amateur sports, governing bodies, leagues, and other verticals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives at target accounts.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations that address each organization’s needs.
  • Lead complex contract, pricing, and negotiation discussions for $100k+ ACV deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on trends in sports technology and SaaS.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline and drive measurable customer growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of proven success in SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Experience in the sports ecosystem is strongly preferred, such as sports tech, leagues, governing bodies, or adjacent markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with $100k+ ACV.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience running full-cycle sales processes independently.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, especially with C-level executives.
  • Ability to map solutions to customer business outcomes.
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Existing network within sports organizations or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience selling platform-based or multi-product SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and large deal sizes is preferred.
  • Must be a permanent U.S. resident and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
