Description

  • Define the growth model across customer segments, offers, positioning, and channel roles.
  • Build and run a prioritized growth roadmap with a clear experimentation cadence.
  • Define core metrics and establish feedback loops between marketing, operations, and revenue.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy, budgets, testing, creative direction, and campaign structure.
  • Diagnose and stabilize the lessons acquisition funnel while protecting profitability and payback periods.
  • Improve conversion across the full customer journey from landing page to booking to retention.
  • Strengthen lifecycle programs including email, SMS, reactivation, referrals, and reviews.
  • Improve manual booking handoffs through faster follow-up, better scripts, SOPs, and reduced drop-off.
  • Build an SEO system that can scale from one city to multi-city coverage.
  • Develop a repeatable city-launch framework and prepare the growth playbook for national rollout.

Requirements

  • Led growth or marketing for an early-stage or small startup.
  • Comfortable serving as the sole or senior-most marketer with full ownership and accountability.
  • Able to diagnose paid, funnel, and lifecycle issues hands-on while driving strategy.
  • Data-led decision-maker with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with technical founders.
  • Experience directing specialists and agencies by setting direction and standards.
  • Experience in local services, booking-based businesses, or two-sided marketplaces.
  • Proven experience scaling from one city to multi-city operations.
