Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with service line and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate marketing to define priorities, brand alignment, and messaging.
  • Lead product marketing efforts, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management for new products or services.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, content creation, and product launches with corporate marketing.
  • Serve as the main liaison between leadership, corporate marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor intelligence to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and optimize lead generation and demand generation initiatives that support sales and pipeline growth.
  • Guide the creation of marketing materials such as case studies, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, and key metrics, and report results to the General Manager.
  • Support sales enablement by creating and maintaining collateral, product guides, presentations, and demo scripts.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track expenditures to ensure activities stay within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience.
  • Strong background in B2B and product marketing strategies, ideally within service lines or specific industries.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience with product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or corporate teams.
  • Ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
