Description

  • Proactively source, qualify, and close new corporate and foundation partnership opportunities.
  • Research, build, manage, and forecast a pipeline of new business leads.
  • Vet inbound donor and partnership inquiries for strategic fit and organizational alignment.
  • Develop customized pitch materials, proposals, and partnership decks to advance opportunities.
  • Negotiate, craft, interpret, and enforce legally binding partnership contracts.
  • Coordinate seamless handoff of secured partnerships to Strategic Partnerships or Institutional Giving teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Programs, Finance, and Legal to shape feasible partnership opportunities.
  • Stay current on trends in corporate social responsibility and institutional philanthropy to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Team Rubicon at networking events, industry forums, and professional associations to generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of combined fundraising and management experience.
  • Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and manage corporate partnerships that drive revenue and strategic impact.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior-level corporate decision-makers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including creating and manipulating Excel data.
  • Experience using donor database systems such as Mission CRM or Salesforce.
  • Full-time availability for a remote role based anywhere in the United States.
  • At least 40% travel for site visits, conferences, and donor meetings.
  • Experience with corporate social responsibility and institutional philanthropy trends (preferred).
