Description

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Army Aviation government marketplace.
  • Develop and implement customer and market penetration strategies, win strategies, and partnering strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies and offices to build relationships and influence procurement decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of capture strategies, proposals, whitepapers, and technical demonstrations.
  • Maintain knowledge of government market developments, assess competitive positioning, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Act as a consultant for long-range planning and advise on new and emerging areas of technological research and advancements.
  • Provide industry insights and recommendations to strengthen market positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Support leadership in business development initiatives to identify and secure major new business opportunities.
  • Complete personal PDP and attend staff meetings and Storytime with camera on.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 16+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 14+ years of experience.
  • Recognized industry specialist with extensive technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
  • Proven track record of identifying and leading successful business development and capture efforts in the government marketplace.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with experience driving long-range business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage government officials and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop innovative business solutions, and position the company for growth.
  • Experience securing major government contracts and leading large-scale capture efforts (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations, procurement processes, and contracting vehicles (preferred).
  • APMP or PMP certification (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess competitive positioning and customer needs (preferred).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement technology-driven solutions for government clients (preferred).
