Description

  • Own the full-cycle commercial sales process from prospecting through close.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with disciplined forecasting and pipeline updates.
  • Drive outbound activity directly and/or partner with SDRs to generate pipeline.
  • Build urgency and move opportunities forward in short, high-velocity deal cycles.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions/Implementation teams to win and retain customers.
  • Provide feedback to improve messaging, sales processes, and playbooks as the team scales.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of Account Executive experience or equivalent closing experience in a high-velocity environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing a high-volume pipeline and shorter, faster deal cycles.
  • Experience running outbound motions independently and/or working effectively with SDR support.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Coachability and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Structured deal management and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first organization.
