Description

  • Build and manage a territory plan for enterprise accounts across Houston, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
  • Create pipeline through targeted prospecting, partner co-sell activity, and executive networking.
  • Run full-cycle sales processes from discovery and value mapping through legal, procurement, and close.
  • Position Salt Security’s portfolio and integrations to displace incumbents and consolidate tools.
  • Lead account strategies with sales engineers, product, and customer success to accelerate time-to-value and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce and communicate risks, next steps, and executive asks.
  • Host on-site sessions and workshops and travel regularly throughout the Gulf South territory.
  • Drive multi-threaded sales cycles with CIO, CISO, AppSec, Platform, and Cloud stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS solutions into large accounts, with Fortune or Global 2000 experience preferred.
  • Track record closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and security validation, including 6- and 7-figure total contract value.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of API security and adjacent platforms such as WAF, CNAPP, EDR/XDR, and SIEM.
  • Experience using MEDDIC, SPICED, or a similar sales methodology.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level and board-level influencers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-ownership mindset with strong territory planning, partner alignment, and disciplined deal execution.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
