Description

  • Define and drive the company-wide test automation strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the AQA team, set priorities, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Design and evolve the test automation architecture across API, UI, and integration layers.
  • Ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of the automation framework.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
  • Analyze test failures and manage technical debt in the automation suite.
  • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product, and QA teams.
  • Participate in release planning, technical discussions, and estimations.
  • Maintain and improve test documentation and test coverage.
  • Establish QA quality standards through code review and technical oversight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automated testing, including 1–2+ years in a Lead or Tech Lead role.
  • Deep knowledge of Kotlin or Java, with a strong understanding of OOP and clean code principles.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining test automation architecture for API, UI, and integration testing.
  • Strong API testing experience with Rest Assured and Ktor Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright and Selenide.
  • Excellent knowledge of JUnit5 or TestNG and common testing patterns such as Page Object, Factory, and Builder.
  • Solid experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Understanding of Kafka and experience testing integrations.
  • Experience developing custom test frameworks and libraries.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Experience integrating and maintaining Allure reporting.
  • Strong experience in code review and establishing QA quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze test performance and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Strong communication skills in Russian, which is the team’s day-to-day working language.
