Description

  • Design, execute, and maintain test strategies and plans across Salesforce implementations.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, and API testing.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex, APIs, security models, and custom enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites using Copado and related tools.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and project teams on requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution, including root-cause analysis.
  • Validate data integrity, migrations, deployments, integrations, and production readiness.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, release activities, client discussions, and UAT coordination.
  • Maintain test cases, scripts, traceability matrices, defect logs, and release reports.
  • Improve QA processes, automation frameworks, and Agile delivery practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce QA, Quality Engineering, or Salesforce testing experience in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Contact Center, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect implementations.
  • Experience creating and executing automated test scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud Voice, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and sharing architecture.
  • Experience with functional, regression, integration, UAT, end-to-end, and API testing.
  • Experience using Copado for Salesforce DevOps, automated testing, and release validation.
  • Experience testing APIs, web services, middleware, and external system integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software release cycles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or Washington, DC and be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

  • Estimated compensation range of $115,000–$155,000 USD.
