Description

  • Own and drive growth across a portfolio of key clients.
  • Lead day-to-day account operations, including promotions and commercial strategy execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular strategic communication.
  • Deliver reporting and performance analysis to generate data-driven insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively implement initiatives to improve client performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and continuously refine account strategies.
  • Support client partnership development through meetings, calls, and events.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or business development.
  • Experience within iGaming is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the IT landscape and key business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and grow long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
  • Confident use of Excel, Google Workspace, and Jira.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • A structured, data-driven approach focused on measurable results.
