Description

  • Own renewal and expansion performance across a defined portfolio of US and European enterprise accounts.
  • Drive module expansion through a structured discovery-to-demo sales process.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships within key accounts, including economic buyers, day-to-day contacts, and executive sponsors.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and take action to protect revenue.
  • Lead commercial reviews that connect platform value to customer outcomes.
  • Deliver competitive and market intelligence back to the Commercial team.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder account relationships and commercial negotiations.
  • Operate remotely with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial track record with ownership of renewals, expansion motions, and negotiations.
  • Commercial accountability and a strong sense of ownership for portfolio performance.
  • Executive presence and comfort engaging at GC and C-suite level.
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously without close supervision.
  • SaaS or professional services background in Account Management or a commercial role (preferred).
  • Structured sales methodology training such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience working with senior legal, procurement, or digital stakeholders in complex enterprise accounts (preferred).
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and existing use of AI to create leverage (preferred).
