Description

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy for North America, the UK, and EMEA to accelerate growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners, including VARs, system integrators, distributors, Telcos, and CRM providers.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing partners to support mutual growth and long-term success.
  • Build relationships with senior executives at partner organizations across CCaaS, technology, CRM, and Telco ecosystems.
  • Own day-to-day partner management, communication, and alignment on joint go-to-market plans.
  • Lead partner negotiations, agreements, and contract terms while ensuring legal and business compliance.
  • Build and maintain a partner enablement program to support deal creation and partner success.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive partner-generated revenue and pipeline.
  • Create joint value propositions, co-marketing initiatives, and GTM plans with partners.
  • Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and optimize programs to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Represent Sycurio at industry events, conferences, digital platforms, and partner forums.
  • Provide strategic input on new product features and act as the internal advocate for the partnership program.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales and partner relationship management within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing VAR and MSP partnerships.
  • Extensive experience working with partners in the contact center, CCaaS, CRM, and digital payments markets.
  • Strong background in channel sales.
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Ability to manage negotiations, agreements, and contract terms with partners.
  • Experience driving pipeline and quota attainment through partner channels.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Experience in an individual contributor role, with potential to grow into a VP-level position.
