Description

  • Prospect new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Promote Swile Travel to existing Swile customers through cross-selling.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and share customer feedback to help improve the product.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
  • Track market trends in the business travel industry and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Represent Swile at industry events to promote the brand and expand the network.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with business travel clients.
  • Work with mid-market companies of 250 to 5,000 employees.
  • Contribute to collective performance and support Swile’s impact, diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales in the business travel sector.
  • Strong results orientation with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to product changes and new market strategies.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset focused on mid-market client needs.
  • Team spirit and willingness to collaborate in a supportive environment.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to present and persuade clearly.
  • Proactive approach with initiative in finding new sales opportunities.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and the business travel industry.
  • Interest in working in a fast-changing environment where new ideas are encouraged.
  • Willingness to work from Montpellier or Toulouse, or fully remote from the Aquitaine-Occitanie region.
