Description

  • Analyze the market and build a prospecting strategy through account mapping across the North and West of the AURA region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for CSE solutions, from first field meeting through closing.
  • Present and demonstrate Swile’s products to prospects, including gift cards, culture, vacation, and platform solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while balancing Swile’s and the client’s interests.
  • Support technical rollout of solutions in coordination with the Onboarding and CSM teams.
  • Participate in industry events such as CSE trade shows, union congresses, and business lunches to expand the network.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the business developer role and sales approach.
  • Monitor regional competitors and maintain a strong understanding of the local competitive landscape.
  • Track personal performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Work closely with regional Sales Mid-Market teammates, Gift and MV teams, KAMs, and partnerships teams.

Requirements

  • Proven hunter profile with prior experience as a field Account Executive.
  • Strong expertise in the CSE and union customer segment.
  • Ability to deploy national agreements.
  • Ability to sign strategic accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AURA regional economic landscape and local competitors.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the North and West of AURA.
  • Strong network-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Agile and adaptable working style.
  • Alignment with Swile’s commitments to environmental responsibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
