Description

  • Identify and target companies using IBM Maximo, IBM MAS, EAM, CMMS, and other asset-intensive platforms.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across sectors such as utilities, transport, manufacturing, energy, public sector, and real estate.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, Asset Management leaders, Maintenance leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Introduce and sell MaxAccelerate’s consulting, implementation, upgrade, support, and professional services capabilities.
  • Support the sale of DataMax AI’s software, analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and automation solutions.
  • Source, qualify, and manage relationships with Maximo consultants and other specialist technical talent globally.
  • Match consultant profiles and delivery teams to client requirements and present them to potential customers.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and grow accounts through discovery calls, qualification, and deal progression.
  • Maintain CRM records, candidate notes, pipeline updates, and client activity.
  • Work with senior leadership on go-to-market activity, outreach, and account-based sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, software recruitment, professional services recruitment, technology sales, software sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales, or enterprise solution sales.
  • A proven track record of meeting KPIs, exceeding targets, and delivering commercial results.
  • Strong business development experience, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Experience opening new accounts, building pipeline, and progressing sales conversations.
  • Confidence speaking with clients, candidates, and senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to sell talent, services, software, and capability, not just CVs.
  • Strong LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking skills.
  • Good commercial understanding of day rates, margins, contract recruitment, permanent recruitment, consulting services, SaaS, or professional services sales.
  • Experience in IBM Maximo, EAM, asset management, Salesforce, enterprise software, AI, analytics, ERP, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, cloud, data, or digital transformation would be a major advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for IBM Maximo, IBM MAS, EAM, CMMS, ERP, cloud, data, AI, analytics, or enterprise software roles is preferred.
  • Experience working with contractors or project-based consultants is preferred.
  • Experience selling professional services, managed services, software solutions, or implementation services is preferred.
  • Understanding of enterprise clients, procurement cycles, and consulting delivery models is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to IBM, IBM Business Partners, Maximo consultancies, or asset-intensive industries is preferred.
  • Experience selling to CIOs, IT Directors, Asset Management Directors, Maintenance Directors, Operations Directors, or Procurement teams is preferred.
