Description

  • Own the US South East territory and execute a territory plan for account prioritization, pipeline coverage, and quarterly attainment.
  • Identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise logos across target verticals including financial services, legal and professional services, technology, and life sciences.
  • Generate pipeline through disciplined prospecting, executive outreach, and solution-based selling.
  • Build business cases for replacing or extending incumbent physical access control estates with SwiftConnect’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to create demand across the region.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders in physical security, workplace experience, IT, and real estate functions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with systems integrators, security consultants, A&E firms, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Represent SwiftConnect at customer-facing events and industry engagements across the South East.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, including tracking opportunities, renewals, and expansion efforts.
  • Deliver a disciplined forecast and keep internal systems such as Salesforce updated with account activity and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated, specific experience selling in the physical security systems space; this expertise is required and cannot be learned on the job.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, front-line sales leadership role.
  • Proven success generating your own pipeline in a hunting role.
  • Experience opening doors and selling at the executive level to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with the US South East territory and relevant regional accounts.
  • Experience selling directly to end users in security, IT, workplace experience, or corporate real estate functions.
  • Experience working with physical access control, mobile credentials, PIAM, or enterprise visitor management solutions.
  • Ability to build and execute territory plans, manage pipeline coverage, and produce accurate forecasts.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Experience using Salesforce to track account activity and pipeline status.
