Description

  • Define the outbound org design, ramp plan, and hiring profile, then recruit, onboard, and develop the team.
  • Lead a distributed remote sales team with daily standups, call blocks, coaching, and clear performance expectations.
  • Establish the coaching model, including call reviews, objection handling, talk tracks, certification, and ramp milestones.
  • Design and document the end-to-end outbound process from list building through SAL handoff and SQL acceptance.
  • Define qualification criteria, disqualification reasons, and handoff SLAs with the seller community.
  • Build playbooks, messaging, objection libraries, and vertical-specific outbound campaigns.
  • Own dialer selection, procurement, implementation, and rationalization of the outbound tech stack.
  • Manage CRM integration and hygiene across Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including routing, lifecycle stages, automation, attribution, and reporting.
  • Own the data, intent, and conversation intelligence layers in partnership with IT, Sales Ops, and RevOps.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product marketing to define ICPs, target accounts, campaigns, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Report on activity, connect rates, conversion rates, cost per SAL, SAL-to-SQL yield, and pipeline contribution.
  • Carry weekly and monthly SAL and SQL targets as primary KPIs and manage the team to those outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building an outbound SDR or Outbound Sales Executive team from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated experience running outbound campaigns in the physical security systems space, such as PACS, access control, video, identity, or adjacent markets.
  • Hands-on ownership of an outbound tech stack, including dialer platforms, Salesforce and/or HubSpot, ZoomInfo or similar intelligence tools, intent data, and Gong or equivalent.
  • Experience procuring, integrating, and deploying outbound tools alongside IT and Sales Ops.
  • Proven track record of hitting fixed SAL and SQL targets week after week.
  • Experience leading remote, distributed sales teams to a high activity and quality bar.
  • A leadership style that includes live coaching and call listening, with the ability to do the job expected of the team.
  • Experience targeting the commercial real estate space, including landlord-side and tenant-side campaign motions, is preferred and coachable.
