Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines.
  • Ensure SLAs are met for both speed and quality of hires.
  • Use Workable to track candidates and streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Set up and manage ATS automations to improve efficiency.
  • Provide a strong candidate experience and maintain positive candidate relationships.
  • Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to align hiring strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that improve team efficiency, organization, and overall operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in tech or high-volume hiring.
  • Previous experience recruiting for US or English-speaking companies.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, with comfort communicating directly with US clients.
  • Strong track record of hitting SLAs and delivering quality hires.
  • Experience sourcing technical talent such as developers, engineers, and designers.
  • Proficiency with Workable or a similar ATS, including setting up automations.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a startup or small team is preferred.
  • Experience managing a team is a plus.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $1,800 - $2,200 USD/month OTE.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.
