Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches.
  • Recruit for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles across middle management, specialist, and associate levels.
  • Use sourcing and outreach strategies to identify, engage, and move passive and active candidates through the funnel.
  • Configure jobs, schedule interviews, and manage recruiting workflows in Greenhouse and related talent trackers.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and channel performance to improve search strategy and pipeline efficiency.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on search and assessment best practices.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and operate with a security-minded approach.
  • Support sourcing and interview coordination as needed in a highly collaborative, all-hands-on-deck environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Greenhouse proficiency, including opening and configuring jobs, scheduling interviews, using assessment integrations/automations, and managing external postings independently.
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including sourcing, InMail automation, and job post optimization.
  • Experience with talent CRMs and engagement platforms such as Gem or SourceWhale, plus strong boolean search skills.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to manage searches using funnel metrics and channel efficiency insights.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under tight deadlines and ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong behavioral interviewing and polished written communication.
  • High organizational rigor, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using modern AI tools to support sourcing and writing workflows in a thoughtful and secure way.
  • Fully remote in the USA, with preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone; NYC tri-state area is a plus.
  • No immigration sponsorship for this position.
