Description

  • Manage client software builds end-to-end from kickoff through delivery and launch.
  • Run kickoff calls, gather requirements, and define MVP scope.
  • Transform client ideas into product specifications, wireframes, and UX flows.
  • Assess technical feasibility and make tradeoff decisions across complexity, speed, and quality.
  • Coordinate between clients, engineers, and AI systems to keep projects moving forward.
  • Collect, prioritize, and incorporate client feedback into product iterations.
  • Keep clients informed, supported, and engaged throughout the build process.
  • Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect in a tech company, agency, or startup.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
  • Consultancy background.
  • Strong understanding of how software is built, including APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end logic.
  • Solid grasp of UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
  • Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Midjourney is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Prior experience with U.S. clients or teams is preferred.
