Description

  • Develop and maintain the core web application on Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 (SSR), including the AI agent builder, live chat, analytics, and billing.
  • Build and improve the embeddable chat widget using Vue 3 + Vite with iframe, postMessage, real-time interaction, and theming support.
  • Create and refine AI features, including agent behavior settings, prompts, and guardrails.
  • Optimize application performance by improving widget bundle size, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Support the production environment by investigating Sentry errors and implementing fixes.
  • Modernize legacy code while continuing to ship new product functionality.
  • Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows by creating rules, instructions, and skills for AI tools used in the codebase.
  • Participate in task decomposition, estimation, and technical decision-making with Product, Design, and Backend teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Vue.js and strong understanding of Composition API, including composables, reactivity, and lifecycle hooks.
  • Production experience with Nuxt 3 and understanding of SSR, including hydration, server-side data fetching, and middleware.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
  • Experience with Pinia and understanding of store design principles and global state management.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, Vuetify, SCSS/BEM, and building responsive, cross-browser layouts.
  • Experience with Socket.IO and real-time functionality, including reconnect mechanisms and connection state management.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, including typing, request structure, error handling, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Understanding of iframe, postMessage, cross-origin restrictions, and isolation.
  • Experience with Vite, including configuration, plugin usage, and build optimization.
  • Experience integrating Figma designs into web applications and working with Figma MCP.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog or Amplitude, including event tracking and conversion analysis.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted or AI-agentic development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, and ability to produce production-quality code with AI.
  • Experience performing code reviews as a reviewer.
  • Understanding of web security basics, especially XSS and data sanitization.
  • Experience with server-side development and Express.js is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL for basic analytics extracts is a plus.
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, including prompts, tool use, and streaming, is a plus.
