Description

Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale through successful go-live.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey.
Run discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes.
Translate business requirements into customized platform workflows and configurations.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and technical dependencies.
Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client stakeholders to use the platform independently.
Create implementation enablement materials such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
Partner with Sales, Product, QA, and engineering teams to escalate blockers and communicate client feedback.
Support user adoption and help clients navigate organizational and process change.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
Strong change management mindset and ability to handle user resistance.
Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to reverse-engineer technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets is a plus.
Background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
