Description

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales materials through deal closing.
  • Conduct meetings and manage negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and optimize workflows.
  • Research industry trends and identify potential markets and business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage inbound and outbound leads in the pipeline.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Track, report, and maintain personal KPIs accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with leadership and the broader team on strategic initiatives and long-term objectives.
  • Coordinate with the leadership team to identify and implement new business opportunities, approaches, and ideas.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service or product improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles, ideally in tech.
  • Fluent English at C1–C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot and AI-driven tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and convey ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in handling feedback and high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Fast learner with creative, out-of-the-box thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in SaaS, BPO, or tech-driven environments is a plus.
  • Background in outbound sales or lead generation is a plus.
  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams is a plus.
