Description

  • Deliver exceptional service and financial operations support to owned client relationships.
  • Drive client value by executing the standard delivery model and the 6 C’s framework.
  • Implement best practices, streamline processes, and use technology to improve client outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for client relationships and team coverage.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive, responsive support.
  • Escalate unfamiliar requests or requirements to the team leader and share recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and the broader franchise network to optimize client financial operations.
  • Contribute to team objectives by sharing best practices and improving client delivery operations.
  • Monitor the health of client relationships, identify early risks, and propose resolution paths.
  • Partner with the team leader to address issues within assigned client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, processes, and technologies.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for complex projects and process improvements.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Alignment with the 6 C’s framework: Communication, Curiosity, Connection, Community, Consistency, and Collaboration.
