Description

  • Develop account-specific sales plans identifying expansion opportunities and the rationale for Wellhub within each named client.
  • Lead the relationship for a portfolio of large, complex accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Ensure contract renewals and annual contract negotiations are completed successfully.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renegotiation within existing accounts to deliver business results.
  • Partner with client HR leaders and decision makers to deepen engagement with Wellhub.
  • Connect client executives with Wellhub executives and peer executives from other clients to broaden relationships.
  • Provide client feedback, requirements, and product improvement ideas to product management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve the client experience.
  • Analyze and improve job processes and protocols in a fast-moving global business environment.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a client-facing role managing large and complex client relationships.
  • Experience with cross-selling and upselling within an existing portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and use lane management as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to analyze and improve processes and anticipate change in a fast-moving global business environment.
  • Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
  • Experience working in B2B or account management environments is implied by the role context.
