Description

  • Own the partner lifecycle after contract signature, including onboarding, launch, optimization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ecosystem partners on performance, operations, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Design and implement scalable partner success playbooks, launch readiness processes, and QBR/MBR operating rhythms.
  • Segment partners into tiers and align support levels, governance, and expectations by tier.
  • Partner with RevOps and Operations to define scalable processes, tooling, and reporting.
  • Define, manage, and track partner scorecards and KPIs such as attach rate, multi-connected %, revenue, engagement, NPS, and support metrics.
  • Run QBRs and MBRs with partners and internal stakeholders and communicate insights, risks, and recommendations.
  • Identify underperforming partnerships early and lead turnaround plans or managed wind-downs when needed.
  • Aggregate partner feedback across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Operations into prioritized themes.
  • Partner with Legal, Security, and Clinical/Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with data sharing, privacy, SLAs, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Operations in health tech, SaaS, platforms, or similar.
  • Experience owning post-sales performance for complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships or enterprise customers.
  • Strong comfort with data and analytics, including defining metrics, interpreting dashboards, and turning insights into action.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or mature Partner Success or Customer Success functions, including playbooks, tiering, QBRs, health scoring, and tooling.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives for executives, partners, and cross-functional peers.
  • Proven experience leading matrixed initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales/BD, and Operations.
  • High integrity around privacy, security, and member trust.
  • Fluency with the latest AI tools and experience building solutions for partner enablement to drive revenue-per-head efficiency.
  • A driven, self-starting mindset that is comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero to one.
  • Nice to have: background in wearables, healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or regulated data environments.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting both D2C and B2B/B2B2C partnerships.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini, as well as CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Location: North America, remote-friendly.
  • Travel willingness of 10–20%.
