Description

  • Support maintenance of pay bands, salary ranges, and job leveling documentation.
  • Collect and organize compensation market data for benchmarking across roles and locations.
  • Analyze compensation data in Excel to validate range alignment and identify trends.
  • Assist with the annual compensation refresh, including intake review and reporting.
  • Support compensation initiatives related to fulfillment center and international teams.
  • Document compensation processes, templates, and workflows to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Contribute to real compensation work that supports business decisions and employee trust.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with data in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and basic data cleaning and organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with examples of work requiring high accuracy.
  • Ability to clearly explain data or findings in writing or verbally.
  • Coursework or projects in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or data analysis preferred.
  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting, or data validation preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, surveys, or benchmarking tools preferred.
  • Experience balancing multiple tasks or deadlines in a structured environment preferred.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis, and the company will not sponsor work visas.
  • Ability to work the internship schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, and attend the required July 14–15 on-site meeting in Melville, NY.
