Description

  • Target, manage, and sell to new and existing customers to exceed revenue quota goals.
  • Understand customer and partner needs and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Work with Pre-Sales Engineers to deliver demos, discovery sessions, and technical solutions.
  • Partner with SDRs to create outreach campaigns and generate sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads through the sales funnel.
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle in collaboration with internal teams such as Professional Services, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Engage channel partners and alliances to extend market reach.
  • Work with Customer Success on client reviews and account management.
  • Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Provide feedback to product management and marketing based on customer and market input.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience selling B2B software applications, including SaaS, security solutions, or IT infrastructure management solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling to technical audiences such as IT Operations, Security, and Dev/Ops leaders, as well as economic buyers, C-level executives, and procurement teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Experience building compelling presentations for proof-of-value, professional services, and commercial business cases.
  • Ability to manage a territory across multiple accounts while prioritizing short-term results and long-term growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and marketplace, including trends, best practices, competitive practices, and regulatory issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as SFDC.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar methods.
  • Consistent and timely completion of forecasts, enablement training, and required company meetings; remote role indicated by #LI-REMOTE.
