Description

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local channel partners (resellers, system integrators, tech partners) and serve as their trusted point of contact.
  • Empower and enable partners to grow their business with our solutions, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify partner-sourced opportunities and leverage partners’ customer networks to generate high-quality leads.
  • Co-sell with the direct sales team (Account Executives) by coordinating joint sales calls and meetings and supporting deal qualification and closure.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to Account Executives and provide ongoing support through the sales cycle.
  • Train and enable partner sales staff with sales collateral, product demos, training sessions, and support for partner certifications.
  • Collaborate with partners and Marketing on joint events, workshops, and campaigns to drive demand and fill the top of the funnel.
  • Monitor and report partner-driven pipeline, engagement levels, and closure metrics; provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to leadership.
  • Use data and feedback from partners and customers to refine partner strategy and identify new partnership or market segment opportunities.
  • Continuously refine and expand channel coverage across India and Southeast Asia based on market trends and partner feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development with proven success hitting targets through channel partners.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets driven by partnerships and initiating partnerships that led to substantial new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at multiple levels.
  • Comfortable negotiating terms and navigating multi-party sales cycles.
  • Strategic thinker who is execution-oriented, highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to take ownership of targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline metrics and sales data to refine partner strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with the enterprise software/SaaS market (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem in India/SEA (key regional SIs, resellers, or cloud platforms) and an MBA or advanced degree (bonus).
