Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communications.
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and goals, provide solutions, and support retention and satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Gather and analyze account feedback to improve product development and customer experience.
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales executives to support account growth.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and reporting to preserve customer history and continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C account management, retention, or relationship management.
  • Experience acting as a main point of contact and advocate for clients while balancing business needs.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and resolve them before they escalate.
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
