Description

  • Drive revenue growth across existing and new accounts within a designated vertical or territory.
  • Prospect and develop opportunities in larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles.
  • Lead initial prospect and customer meetings, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal completion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that generate new business and upsells.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using Diligent’s approved sales methodology.
  • Use sales tools to prospect leads, schedule meetings, improve win rates, and generate bookings.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC records and regularly report on bookings, closed deals, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with product management and product marketing to surface customer needs and influence product change.
  • Expand strategic customer relationships to increase customer value and organizational reach.
  • Coach and support sales stakeholders by sharing best practices and coordinating cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven success in account management and achieving revenue targets within technology or GRC industry verticals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven knowledge of internal products, external industry trends, and the customer landscape.
  • Experience with new business sales and complex account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM/SFDC and sales forecasting/reporting processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute account plans.
  • Preferred hybrid work availability with at least 50% onsite time if located near a Diligent office.
