Description

  • Design, manage, and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Configure and maintain onboarding workflows in Dayforce and ensure tasks, documents, and access are triggered on time.
  • Coordinate with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and department managers to prepare each new hire start date.
  • Process and audit employee changes in Dayforce, including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, title changes, and reporting-line changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity across all HRIS modules.
  • Serve as the primary Dayforce administrator for the HR team, including configuration, troubleshooting, user access, and optimization.
  • Lead implementation of new Dayforce modules and system enhancements with vendors, IT, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, reports, dashboards, and data exports to support HR operations and leadership decisions.
  • Monitor system integrations and data feeds and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Support payroll by communicating employee changes, auditing pre-payroll data, and resolving pay or deduction issues.
  • Manage the offboarding process for voluntary and involuntary separations, including deactivation, final pay coordination, COBRA notifications, and equipment return.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in client services, administration, or an HR-related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) or a comparable HCM platform, or the ability to learn it quickly.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation.
  • Experience leading or participating in an HRIS implementation or module rollout, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, employment changes, payroll coordination, and offboarding processes, preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll fundamentals, wage and hour compliance, and benefits administration, preferred.
  • Experience building HR reports and dashboards using HRIS reporting tools, preferred.
