Description

  • Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo across the retention calendar.
  • Maintain and optimize automated lifecycle flows such as welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and browse abandonment programs.
  • Manage segmentation lists and dynamic audiences in Klaviyo to ensure accurate targeting.
  • Conduct pre-send QA, including rendering checks, link testing, and segment validation.
  • Support A/B tests, incrementality testing, and document results and learnings.
  • Pull and compile weekly and monthly performance reports across email and SMS.
  • Monitor campaign and flow performance, flag anomalies, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support cross-channel reporting using GA4 and Excel, including cohort and segment-level analysis.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs and asset trafficking between retention, creative, and brand teams.
  • Maintain the retention marketing calendar and support audience builds for catalog, paid remarketing, and affiliate initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • Ecommerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient with Klaviyo and able to build emails, flows, segments, and lists independently.
  • Working knowledge of retention marketing across email, SMS, catalog, paid remarketing, and affiliate channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with GA4.
  • High attention to detail, especially in QA, scheduling, and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into clear takeaways.
  • Experience in DTC, outdoor, or apparel is a plus.
