Description

  • Audit closed-won deals to verify commercial terms and ensure automated handoffs to Onboarding and Customer Success are triggered correctly.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that support the transition from Sales to Onboarding.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve existing processes and implement new ones as the business changes.
  • Monitor deal velocity and stage gates to ensure required checks and balances are completed before deals progress.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for CRM data hygiene, following up on missing information and validating data used for SPIFF payouts.
  • Continuously audit data flow between HubSpot and downstream project management tools to identify discrepancies and implement long-term fixes.
  • Maintain revenue operations guardrails and automated workflows that reduce manual friction across customer-facing teams.
  • Support reporting and process visibility across the revenue engine to help teams scale efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-centric role focused on the customer lifecycle.
  • High proficiency in HubSpot, including Workflows, Custom Objects, Deal Stage automation, and implementing third-party systems and workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP, plus CRM reporting experience.
  • Proven experience managing the sales-to-onboarding handoff process within a B2B environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub or Advanced Sequences (preferred).
  • Background in a SaaS environment with a focus on high-volume or scale (preferred).
  • Experience building dashboards and reports that track go-to-market metrics and provide insights to business leaders (preferred).
  • Experience managing a deal desk or optimizing processes between CRM and billing systems (preferred).
