Description

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the VP and Director of Renewals Operations and provide executive-ready insights for MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Own the end-to-end renewals operating model and business cadence.
  • Define, track, and improve globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals.
  • Own and continuously improve the Renewals Account Manager experience to reduce friction and increase customer-facing time.
  • Drive coordination across cross-functional initiatives with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Sales.
  • Champion disciplined change management to drive adoption of new processes and tools across regions.
  • Leverage analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability and reduce manual work.
  • Identify churn risk and expansion signals through data-driven analysis.
  • Support renewal execution, seller workflows, customer-facing processes, and performance reporting as a cohesive system.

Requirements

  • Experience operating in renewals, post-sales, sales operations, or a related business operations function.
  • Ability to partner with executive leaders and support MBR and QBR operating rhythms.
  • Experience defining and managing KPIs, leading indicators, and operational reporting.
  • Strong analytics mindset with experience using data to improve predictability and performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Sales.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven capabilities or tools to improve operational efficiency (preferred).
  • Experience leading change management and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Background in scaling processes across multiple regions or global teams (preferred).
  • Experience reducing operational friction and improving seller productivity (preferred).
