Description

  • Provide support to the Sales team with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Draft quotes for CMS and CW products, distributor partners, and one-time revenue overages.
  • Manage and dispatch Quote Desk, Downgrades and Cancellations, and Renewals boards as directed.
  • Process renewal quotes and related changes that fall outside the Renewal Manager’s scope.
  • Process downgrades, including CMS SIEM, midterm, and post-renewal downgrades with approval.
  • Create quotes for special projects such as SKU swaps, cleanups, contract alignment updates, and cancellations.
  • Support sales enablement by educating groups on quoting processes and sharing quoting insights.
  • Train other Sales team members on general quoting knowledge.
  • Provide weekly and/or monthly forecasts to various Sales groups.
  • Coordinate approvals from Senior Leadership and other executives as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Broad knowledge of job procedures and tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision on routine situations and procedures.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal colleagues, including Senior Executives and Sales Leaders, in a professional manner.
  • Must be proactive, anticipate Sales team and SLT needs, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
  • Quoting experience in the IT-related industry is preferred.
  • Experience in Managed Services, Outbound Business, Sales Development, or Account Management is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
  • Experience with Outreach is preferred.
