Description

  • Partner with SDR, BD, and Account Management leaders to align workflows with team objectives.
  • Drive adoption of systems and data hygiene by demonstrating value to end users and stakeholders.
  • Map the end-to-end customer journey and define internal SLAs to improve handoffs across the revenue funnel.
  • Audit the Salesforce-centric tech stack to remove friction and prioritize high-impact workflows.
  • Own the single source of truth and improve reporting from reactive analysis to predictive insights.
  • Implement AI tools and automated data capture to improve system usage and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the RevOps team, shifting it toward a more proactive and strategic partnership model.
  • Partner with Finance to improve unit economics, conversion efficiency, and revenue growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and change stakeholder behavior.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise with a focus on commercial efficiency.
  • Experience managing a Revenue Operations team.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak in terms of revenue and efficiency.
  • Experience or empathy for quota-carrying roles.
  • A pragmatic approach with a preference for simple, high-impact systems over complex ones.
  • Comfort leading a technical team while staying focused on the human side of the system.
