Description

  • Create, launch, and manage customer communication campaigns across all CRM channels.
  • Develop and maintain communication templates to ensure technical accuracy and consistent delivery.
  • Build, optimize, and monitor automated customer journeys, trigger campaigns, onboarding flows, retention flows, and reactivation flows.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to improve customer segmentation and lifecycle communication strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate.
  • Generate regular reports, identify optimization opportunities, and propose new hypotheses to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Design and Content teams by preparing detailed tasks and ensuring high-quality campaign assets.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver relevant and personalized customer communications.
  • Participate in A/B testing initiatives and continuously optimize customer engagement.
  • Contribute to subscriber base growth while maintaining the lowest possible unsubscribe rates across communication channels.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and customer communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing email campaigns, automated customer journeys, trigger campaigns, and communication funnels.
  • Experience with A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Understanding of key CRM metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Content, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
