Description

  • Create integrated digital marketing strategies that drive donations, lead generation, and other conversion goals.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
  • Plan and execute creative, conversion-focused email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop donor-engaging campaign concepts.
  • Work with the digital advertising team to implement and track paid social, paid search, programmatic, and connected TV campaigns.
  • Optimize digital fundraising and marketing campaigns to improve ROI across channels.
  • Develop client reporting, analyze performance data, and recommend next steps based on results.
  • Conduct audits of clients’ digital marketing and fundraising efforts and establish future benchmarks.
  • Evaluate emerging tactics and provide thought leadership on adoption opportunities.
  • Research industry trends to inform content ideas and anticipate audience needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 5-8+ years of digital marketing and/or digital fundraising experience.
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience creating conversion-driven strategies that map marketing activities to the user journey or funnel.
  • Proven experience planning and deploying results-driven email marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Engaging Networks, EveryAction, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels and how they work together.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience with reporting analysis and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience conducting digital marketing audits and building strategies from data findings.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Open to a remote position.
