Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 20–30 active client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for campaign performance.
  • Lead client check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive campaign updates to support retention.
  • Diagnose and optimize underperforming cold email campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability, inbox placement, domain reputation, spam, list quality, and reply-rate issues.
  • Write, refine, and test cold email copy, subject lines, messaging, sequences, and personalization.
  • Manage warm-up systems, inbox reputation, sending domains, and DNS records including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Monitor inbox placement, sender health, SLAs, client health, and campaign metrics.
  • Build and maintain campaign documentation, SOPs, and scalable operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with founders, developers, outreach specialists, and infrastructure teams on campaign execution and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience in cold email agencies, lead generation companies, outbound sales organizations, or startup operations.
  • Strong expertise in cold email strategy, deliverability, inbox placement, warm-up systems, and outbound infrastructure.
  • Strong outbound copywriting skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting spam issues, domain reputation problems, and low-performing campaigns.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, automations, workflows, and outbound systems.
  • Daily experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered automation workflows.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
  • Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make, webhooks, or other automation platforms is preferred.
