Description

  • Lead technical architecture discussions and configure end-to-end declarative solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other clouds.
  • Own large and complex Implementation Services and Managed Services projects from discovery through go-live.
  • Direct AI tools to generate automation logic and component markup, reviewing outputs for PHI compliance and HIPAA adherence.
  • Translate technical concepts and solution decisions into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify systemic issues and delivery risks proactively, proposing solutions before they affect clients.
  • Mentor Base-tier consultants and teach effective prompt engineering for healthcare and life sciences configuration tasks.
  • Drive internal process improvements, knowledge sharing, and broader practice initiatives.
  • Stay current on healthcare and life sciences developments and share relevant lessons with the team.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of platform experience, including 3+ years in healthcare and life sciences consulting.
  • Expertise in at least one Salesforce specialty cloud.
  • 4+ relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Implementation Services or Managed Services projects autonomously from scoping through delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of PHI data handling and HIPAA security rules.
  • Experience with multiple healthcare and life sciences use cases, such as payer or provider environments.
  • Strong client-management skills, including proactive expectation management and empathy-first conflict resolution.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and identify systemic issues early.
  • Experience mentoring peers and contributing to practice-wide initiatives.
